One of my friends, a huge movie buff, once asked me to watch this film as he narrated me her performance. He was and still is of the opinion that it would next to impossible for most modern actresses to essay the role the way Waheeda Rehman did.
Waheeda Rehman literally carried this beauti ful flick solely on her shoulders and her acting is still etched in my memory.The irony of fate making herself the victim of the same disease after offering cure and correction for the afflicted person touched our hearts.

And The Song 'Tum Pukar Lo' By Hemantda Was Beautifully Pictured On Waheeda Rehman & Dharmendra's Back. The Former Ascending The Stairs When The Song Begins And Descending As It Whistle-Ends.
