He was a genius,a great celebrity,award winning director and I am also a fan of Ritupono.But it always looked very peculiar to me too about his mentality of copying all kind of ladies trends and also being a man he himself declared in Tv interviews that he loved to take himself as a lady ..How strange person was Rituporno??Talnted person but very peculiar he was..Its obvious that he couldnot get married and lonely in his last days because of all such..

I agree. Lets not get into his personal quirks and eccentricities. He tried to make different cinema even though some of them had lots of intellectual ppretension, psuedo social content and were sham stuff. But I still give it to him for the sheer guts to be different - definitely he was cut above all the phony, plagiarisers of bollywood who claim to be big but lack class and talent.
