sickening attitude
by Supriya Verma on May 30, 2013 01:56 PM  | Hide replies

I am really surprised reading most of the comments here. why do people judge other people in terms of their looks. If he wore makeup, that was his personal right. No one has a right to comment on someone Else's private life, his gender or his sexuality. People are so shallow that they can notice his makeup but not his creativity. how many film makers have won 12 national awards? Really sick attitude of some people here. Sad!

Mr Ghosh has contributed heavily to the film community. But surely to expect complete acceptance is ambitious. Even Elton John hasn't enjoyed that. Plus regardless of Mr Ghosh's preference cross dressing by definition is against the instinct making it noticeable. Is it others' business? You answered it right, no. But will they notice? Surely, yes.

On one hand we are expected to accept homosexuality and transgenders. But even the mere mention of that word instigates the same forward thinking folks. Just shows that its not easy to follow some of these theories.
