His father Raj Kapoor himself was not a good actor. With the most beautiful heroines of that time and good songs with pretty ordinary stories, he made successful films and hailed as the greatest showman of Indian Cinema.Kapoor family rides on luck and looks.

So, Jaagte Raho, Awaara, Sri 420, Sangam, Teesri Kasam, Char Dil Char Raahen are ordinary stories, and Raj Kapoor could not act in these films. So, the present bollywood is flush with stories, actors everything! Don't forget the Kapoors have contributed much to the film industry in every aspect, including acting, stories, grooming heroines and giving wholesome entertainment

He should stick on to negative roles for betterment of cinema :)

Though Agneepath was too loud for my sensibilities but Rishi kapoor was fabulous as Rauf lala.. As the cunning officer in Aurangzeb he again rocked in a negative role.. Even in D-Day trailer he looks brilliantly evil..He should stick on to negative roles for betterment of cinema :)
