What else do you need when you have beggar media falling over each other to turn you into a superstar?
Rediff carried out a similar exercise a few years back, when Times included Pyaasa and Nayagan in their all time best movie list. They had asked Bollywood and other regional filmmakers to compile a list of 10 best films. Bollywood filmmakers do not know anything of the best regional films that come out. Hence in all their list we had only Hindi movies. Regional filmmakers wanted to show that they too watch Hindi films. Hence their list too had Hindi movies. So in the process, good regional movies from Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, etc were not listed at all.
