They are poor not having sufficient cloths to cover body ,sham full to feminist leaders and organisation for their blindness not to see women excesses.If they cannot able to arrange full cloths than allow to remain nude,so that they are doing nudity but poor could be shame full to arrange minimum need.
I still wonder what would the likes of Prithvi Raj Kapoor, Raj Kapoor, Balraj Sahni, Guru Dutt, Dilip Kumar etc have felt to Sunny Leone's presence in Bollywood. Pooja Bhat and now Ekta Kapoor are going gaga over her now.

All extras dance around heroes and heroines who are black and ugly as per old standards are now young firangies. What more evidence required that India is Shining.
Really i pity them.Instead of banning such types of scenes,they allowing them to go ahead & screen. if this is the case means how does our society or a law controls or eradicates Rape crime.
