Dharmendra has been all rounder versatile actor in cinemas. He like all other Jaats could not dance. But he performed romantic actor as good as action hero. Many so called actors like Rajesh Khanna, Dilip Kumar, Sanjeev kumar could not perform well in action roles. Only Amitabh proved to be better and more versatile than him.

FIRST OF ALL ARYAN YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHO IS CALLED AN ACTOR. ACTOR IS SOMEONE WHO DOES ACTING.
AGAIN "ACTING" and not ACTION. Dhramendra can do action, and can also do acting, but not as versatile(versatile meaning people who can effortlessly do variety of roles) as dilip kumar, amitabh or sanjeev kumar. So that is the reason dharmendra is no 10 on the list and not no 1

Pratik needs to understand. During his times no actor in Bollywood had the machoism of Dharmendra. I do understand acting & versatility stuff, but making a mark on the audiences is what makes an actor an actor. Dharmendra has set his own mark in Bollywood which I bet no other actor has even ever touched.. There is only one Dharmendra in bollywood.An epitome of manliness in Indian cinema..

Pratik don't get me wrong..What Aryan say's is that Dharmendra should atleast be placed ahead of Rajesh Khanna & Sanjeev Kumar coz considering they were contemprories during their time, I feel Dharam should get a place ahead of them..RK storm was only for few years SK is just a versatile actor but Dharam has maintained his position as a top notched bollywood hero even after these heroes were left behind.AB is an exclusion, he definitely deserves to be at no.1
Om Puri , Paresh Rawal , Dev Anand , Raj Kumar Sunil Dutt are also great actors . Their names would easily be counted amongst the great actors of bollywood .

Rediff should prepare the list for Top 20. Then only some very gud actors find their place. But sure there is no place for SRK.....
The concept of hero and histrionic started with Dilip Kumar Sab.Tragidy,comedy,a revolutionery,rebel,a saviour and what not! all performed in his own right.For future generation he will remain as an Iconic figure and inspiration if Cinema is going to be governed by emotions.
