he never used the weapon and had it destroyed once he realized the stupidity of his action. he should not be treated the same of the terrorists. he has served 18 months for that error, so he should be pardoned.

In India it is very difficult to punish /declutt with so much connections,money If two courts are finding him guilty there must be strong evidence of his real involvement,but is being shielded closely with lighter sentence whatabout those innocent families sufferingfor the past 20 yrs and will continue to suffer This guy had enough affairs and extramarriages,enjoyed life,not sufferedin the 20 yrs Who and why Katju is talking ofpardon Washe a judge or a broker?
