Did you really watch the movie? I have seen Kannada version of the same movie. There was nothing wrong with it. May be some scenes look a bit violent. The movie was super hit in both Kannada and Tamil(original). May be many low / middle class Indians in south were able to relate to 3 main characters of the film. This movie has a better storyline and is more realistic -with some moral/lesson as undercurrent- than some other recent remakes of Tamil/ Telugu movies (like Ready, Rowdy Rathore etc.) I don't know about the acting skills of the main actors in Hindi version. (I have not seen it). But success of this movie in Mumbai will depend on whether Mumbaikars who make lavish films made by likes of Karan Johar a super hit, like to watch this type of movie too.

You are right.. Its a crime to watch movies of Puneet Rajkumar.. I mean we have talented actors in Kannada like Sudeep and others.. but this Puneet is a sheer waste of time.

Dis is da stereotype mentality judging particular state ppl by their actor/poltcn.so shall we judge kannadigas by shettar or power thirsty yedyurapa or sleeping beauty devegowda?
