Possession of a prohabited rifle is a crime so he is a criminal
by Batao Na on Mar 22, 2013 01:59 PM

Possessing a rifle without license is a crime so he is a criminal period.
In his case he had AK56 which is a prohabitied bore for Civilians.
Secondly he entertained criminals who waged war against the nation so he is a criminal. In USA he would have got 30 years for his crime.

These cine people think they r above law that is why they support a criminal like Sanjay Dutt, they will do the same when Salman will go in jail for Black deer and killing people during rash driving. So ignore their comments.

Punishment to Dutt
by ramanarayanan sambamurthy on Mar 22, 2013 12:16 PM  | Hide replies

Because Dutt is from the cine world, his cine world friends visit him to shower sympathy. At the sametime, they should realise by showering sympathy they are showing disservice to blast victims. I am sure, Supreme Court, must have taken all material evidence to come to the conclusion. If any special favour is shown to Sanjay Dutt, the same favour should be shown to other people punished for the crime

Then why is he being punished? We should respect the decision of the Supreme Court, which is the highest authority in the country.

Sunil Dutt had the TADA / POTA law changed to have him released. Mahesh Bhatt, who has come out in support has forgotten his Son's role and relationship with David Coleman Headley. All sympathisers of Dutt are equally guilty of the crime which claimed innocent lives. They are bigots like Shashi Tharoor who feel that the Common man is dispensable, but celebrities have immunity. This is wrong and that is the lesson we all learnt from the Arab spring. Nobody is above the law.

Delayed Justice
by Rahul Sharma on Mar 22, 2013 12:16 PM  | Hide replies

He did something terribly wrong 20 years back, when he was young. He had contacts with underworld dons & terrorists. If he had got the punishment at that time, no body would have felt sad. But now he has matured & changed, so everybody feels that he doesn't deserve the punishment. These are the implications of delayed justice & such things happen everytime whenever the justice is delayed.

Yes.. with this logic even if Tiger Memon is arrested, he should be pardoned... may be even he has changed.
