Yes she acted well,but the special award should have gone to Sridevi for her critically acclaimed role in English Vinglish,Sridevi is one actress who has done 300 odd films but so far despite giving good performances consistently has not been given the national award ,though many actresses have bagged the award for not so great performances...Her performance in English Vinglish was acclaimed by all critics unanimously...its really surprising she was ignored for most of the awards this year....SOMETHING FISHY
