all those who are trying to post hate comments are pakis who support dcompany khans...dhanush is national award winner and best actor...in acting look doesnt matter dhanush had proved it .
Unfortunately except Saif and Irrfaan no other khan has won a best actor award in the national list. May be that is NOT their interest. If the-so-called north Indian audience also NOT interested in that, then it would be futile to try to explain dhanush phenomena to them.

but ranjana story badly written by writer there were beautiful start by holy but bad end by wrong impression given for woman , boy and girl love similar in town , mostly not happen as ranjara

north indians are neanderthals themsevles. Neanderthals who are famous world over for violating women in buses and SUVs and ripping off intestines with their bare hands.
BTW you already have accepted real life neanderthals as heroes who are either in jail already, or going to jail, or out of jail for various offences including, but not limited to, killing animals of the endangered species just for fun and to impress actresses, or hitting a 73 yr old man in a restaurant to impress the actor's girlfriend, or for mowing down 3 people while driving drunk in mumbai, or for rap_ing a maid, or for supporting terrorists who were attacking the nation.

dude, I have some news for you. In case you didnt notice, the movie has been declared a hit in the north. Which means a majority of people there have accepted him, whether you like it or not.
Last spotten, Dhanush was running all the way to the bank smiling. He was overheard telling people to go thank the semi literates and illiterates in north india for handing him their hard earned money.

Dude the movie is a hit. So obviously a majority of the viewers like it. Dhanush is running to the bank smiling, while you are grumpy typing your frustrations on a borrowed computer. Ha Ha.

I am a south indian who have travelled around the north and found that most north indians are dark skinned people with fair skinned ones being a minority.
People like ajay devgan or irfan khan are the vast majority. Unfortunately the fair skinned ones looks down upon the north indian dark skinned ones in some kind of racial complex.
The irony is that the fair skinned ones are themselves victims of racism in the west as their level of fair snd lovely skin does not match up to the white skin standard of the west.

Skin color could be a hybrid product of Moguls and British who ruled Indian from 13th century till 19th century
