A word of caution to buyers on rediff shopping. Don't buy from rediff shopping. Some Product may not be handed over to courier at all for shipment and still they give consignment number. Rediff shopping customer service is useless. They don't answer your e-mails. They will not make a promised call back. They dont have even proper tools to check where is your product. As simple as whether your product is handed over to the courier by the seller. If you mail to the seller he says simply sorry. And nothing else. You don't know when your product will be delivered if at all it is going to be delivered. Your money is already debited and you are in a total fix regarding where to contact further. Worst experience. My issue is not at all resolved. The courier FEDEX not even got the product from the seller even after 16 days for shipment to my address. They dont publish your negative feedback. SIMPLY WORST

This is absolutely true.I tried ordering flowers for my wife sometime back- they never reached her and inspite of taking the money- not a single responsible soul ever bothered to respond or apologise- i wonder if they know what they are doing
