A Rs.25-lakh damage suit, by Shivani Saxena, 37, Dubai-based NRI, against Dr Ashok Chopra, father of Miss World Priyanka Chopra. Saxena alleges that Dr Chopra molested her 25 years ago but did not pursue the case earlier as she did not know of Dr Chopra's whereabouts until September 2000.

The very fact that demands were made for money and efforts were made to blackmail him into submission speak volumes about the genuineness of the case.
I am actually amazed at this Shivani woman and the Saxena family. Which world are they living in? Do they really think the world at large will believe a word of it or that the case has any merit in any court of law ? This is really stooping low to make a fast buck. This is human filth in all its glory. This is also a classical case of yellow journalism and I personally feel the magazine and the newspapers should have behaved more responsibly.
