is this life
by ganesh pillai on Jun 09, 2013 07:42 AM  | Hide replies

There is more to life than one's occupation, look outside there is more suffering, at least you don't go hungry to be or without any roof.

This is your opportunity to do something for the society rather than feeling depressed. if you can't run walk, if you can't walk, crawl, but keep moving forward

Enhance your vision, Life is a challenge, you will be beaten down, it is you who matters

well said, but to understand such thoughts , you need to have a social circle, mingle with people, go out... Left alone we will be destructive in our thought process..that's the way humans are

The Ego Problem
by Balan Iyer on Jun 08, 2013 01:44 PM

It is her ego problem that resulted in her end. If big screen rejected her, she could have opted for small screen, where she would have reached the pinnacle of fame.

Nothing so great about this suicide, its the routine happenings..
by Chethan JD on Jun 08, 2013 12:03 PM

Its not anything fishy here, but the facts are clear, straight in front.
Parents aspire their kids to be challenging and strong enough to face any kind of challenges in the world, equally to both sexes, boy & girl. But the fact for the kids is the parents are themselves the ultimate challenge, meeting their expectations are real touch and answering them goes hazy wazy. But the parent's aspiration don't stop.
The story from here on continues in 3 idiots movie.

by viswa nath on Jun 08, 2013 10:55 AM  | Hide replies

All Tom,Dick & Harry's cannot become actors. That's what happening now in film industry. No acting quality at all. Just expose themselves to earn fast buck. Sic of them.

To have a good career in film industry one must be son or daughter of super star, just like amitabachhan. look at abhishek bachcahan how lucky he is, and so as saif ali khan, fardeen khan. Abhishek would be leader of worst actors. Had he born out side film industry his life would have been worst. Thanks to his father Amitabachhan.Abhishek movies must be used for third degree torture for criminals and terrorist, for sure every criminal would accept his crime after watching his movie.

i completely agree.its nt the talented who are given oppurtunities bt the beta beti of sum baap n maa actors who are given oppurtunities thy dnt deserve.look at student of the year, filled with all beta betis.there are soo many actors limitlessly talented bt they keep struggling all their lives.n the worst part is this discrimination is blatantly practised n 100 crore movies r made.n its absolutely true tht u hve to b a sweet fakester n b ready to constantly give in to wrong practices.its sad wat happened to jiah bt it proves she had a pure soul n her soul rejected these malpractices n compelled her to end her life.RIP jiah

Problems when we have plenty
by sudhir kumar on Jun 08, 2013 06:10 AM  | Hide replies

On one hand we poor kids who are dying because they dont have food and medicine.
On other hand we have rich ppl who have everything they need for good life yet they are depressed and commit suicide.
When ppl get things easily they dont appreciate the wonderful life. Most parents teach ppl to be successful and not to be happy. India is the suicide capital of the world. Most dont even know about this.

agreed. but its not the ind but western culture is responsible. ppl in the west r fed up of their life. here in ind,v find solace in many other things of life. but ind's pseudo-modern generation with western outlook succumb to pressures.
