I don't think she attended college. She had been a child artist and then moved to heroine roles in her teens. Of course, 1963 born is unbeleivable - that means she was only 13-14 as heroine in 16 Vaidhinile and Moondru Mudichu in 1976-77! She would surely have been older by 3-4 years. But then that makes her a much younger looking actress in movies like Lamhe or Laadla (she should have been in early to mid thirties then but didn't look like that).

She is born in Sivakasi Town of Virudhunagar district Get your facts right. And Dont think that readers have seen things such as wkipedia
50 or 52, kee pharak pehenda...Actually no big deal like in a hindi saying, "difference of 19 -20". Anyway, she didn't look more than 4 years old in Kandan karunai with KBS. 50 or 52, Sridevi is still an icon. Only Indian actor to have dominated the three big industries- Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. She deserves a lot more accolades for the revolutionary roles she played- Varumayin niram sigappu, Mondram pirai, Red roses,kshana kshanam,Mr. India, Chaalbaaz, lamhe, and many more brilliant films. The last of the leading ladies who could act, dance and emote genuinely and bring glamour without vulgarity...hats off!
