it is similar to modi's statement "hiding under the burqa of secularism", i.e when you do something wrong, you try to get sympathy showing your religion.
It is very wrong idea. If anybody has done anything against the Law of the Land, he should be punished as Law. Religion is nothing do in punishing the culprit.
