My god what a loss for tamil film world. A lyricist who has served for more than 4 decades, 1000 films, 15000 film songs and countless other songs working with music directors from R. Sudarsanam upto G.V. Prakash. What an amazing range! What flexibility and adaptability to the times! He could pen lyrics like janani janani and also like muqala muqabla. Truly a lyricist for all seasons!
