PRAN SAHAB IS THE GREATEST & UNPARALLELED VILLAIN EVER.
by PRIYANSHU MISHRA on Jul 23, 2021 11:15 PM

I DISAGREE WITH YOUR STATEMENT THAT : "Salim-Javed created the ultimate villains of villain for all times -- Gabbar Singh in Ramesh Sippy’s Sholay."

THE ULTIMATE VILLAIN OF VILLAINS FOR ALL TIME WILLALWAYS BE PRAN SAHAB ONLY. HE IS THE GODFATHER OF INDIAN VILLAINS.

ALSO, HE IS THE ONLY VILLAIN TO HAVE BEEN HONOURED WITH DADASAHAEB PHALKE AWARD - INDIA'S HIGHEST NATIONAL HONOUR IN CINEMA & PADMA BHUSHAN. NO ACTOR (AS A VILLAIN) HAS GOT THESE TWO PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS.

PRAN SAHAB WILL BE THE ONLY ULTIMATE VILLAIN EVER.

Kanu Mukerji
Pran

Pran was a legend. There was a time when all films would have either K N Singh or Pran as the villian. Pran made the character of a villian lovable. He gave it a different style in every film. Cinegoers loved to hate his characters. And yet he combined the good-and-bad very proficiently in several films. Prans never die. They live forever in our hearts.

It depends on which era you belong to and the choice is yours. I don't know why this comment of mine was deleted by Rediff.

I have read many obituaries for Pransaab and this must rank as the worst...

Written hastily and randomly and no thought given to editing..Shatrughan Singh really!!!??

Obituary writing is an art. Recently, I was travelling and had a chance to read an obituary in Times and another one in New York Times. The class and mark was different. It is not about English, it is about the content.

Hi..What a actor? He acted so well that nobody keep their son name as Pran in India. People love him as a person but hate much more on screen. Man we will miss you much more. You should have taught some lessons to these stupids Khans and others actor/actress how to act.
