One very striking and endearing feature about the previous generations was that they were a cohesive lot. They bonded very well even after office hours. Nowadays, this behaviour is on the wane. We work and just go back to our families. Life has become monotonous. There is no visiting our neighbours for a cup of tea or for playing cards, etc. The warmth among people (outside the family) is gone. Now it is just about going shopping to some mall, watching movies in some multiplexes, visiting places in India and abroad with family. Dilip Kumar said that he will never forget that Pran braved a storm in Kashmir where he was shooting to attend his wedding in Mumbai. Amitabh said that Pran was a good companion to have after ‘office hours’.
Never was there, never will be - a great villian, a fantastic actor and a warm human like Pran saheb. Will always miss you sir. Your films will keep you immortal ........always, for generations to follow.
