This is a completely unfair review. I think the whole media has got something against the film. Most of the reviews in newspapers and film websites said that the film is a disappointment where the readers reviews below them said it is an amazing. However, i decided to go with the readers and watched the movie. What a brilliant film and hats off to the entire team, especially, Farhan Akhtar. Please do not write reviews like this. You will understand majority of opinion after reading all the comments here. Please encourage movies like this.
While coming out from theater one feel satisfaction of seeing good movie. Rakesh mehra has not done that bad what author of this review.he has swiftly managed story telling between flashback & current. Star cast & acting are wonderful. Farhan Akhtar has surely delivered the role of his life time & his hard work are clearly visible on screen. Only poor part of this movie is editing.There is lots of scope to edit the film at least by half an hour. which would have given more slick, fit & fine product. We have lost patience to see 3 hour plus movies.

I think u r valid to some extent but director hasn't made a biopic in this movie...rather he made what is Milkha rather than Who is Milkha? I think the dirctor has gone too far in depicting Sonam as his sole and only lover but later on depicting his manhood! Milkha is Milkha.....no one can match him!!
I HAVE SEEN MANY MOVIES BUT THIS MOVIE IS FULL OF PASSION,LOVE,STRENGTH EFFORT,POSITIVE ATTITUDE FOR RUNNING, CHILDHOOD LIFE AND MANY MORE THAT CANNOT BE EXPRESSED BUT REALLY TOUCHING MOVIE OF MILKHA CONGRATS TO GET 100%RESULT FOR THIS MOVIE
