Actually because of you chilhood you do not know that madhuri is an uncompeteable challange for her seniors, contemperory and juniors, so in her life time position #1 is not available, they must take #2 as the begining.

yeda hai kya tu? Dev anand's fans (70 yr old) used to praise him..but there was no taker for his any single film post 1980s..
Similarly for madhuri, her fan is now 40 .. At this age, these people are not crazy to go for a first day first show. and youngesters are least bothered about her. So takeway- you will find her in kaam wali bai's role.. Anyway she did advertisement for detergent..
A film depicts or reflects stories from this world the closer the film to reality the more audience relate it to them. In the real world do we see only 16 years females and 17 years males????. The majority of the world’s population is not in this age group. A human lives and struggles his or her life till the last day. The significance of life is equal in any age group. I would say Hollywood movies and their target audience really accept interesting and well made stories about any age group, the protagonist could be 16 or 60 does not really matter. Unfortunately Bollywood which feels proud in copying Hollywood like a monkey shadow is unable to adopt this psyche, related to entertainment and continue to treat a movie theater like “KOTHA” (brothel), where they only want to see a 16 year old virgin as a heroine and must be retired in a couple of years. Actually the phenomenon is not a matter of copying the reel; this is something which involves matured, educated and accepting minds in the society. So it is not Sri or Madhuri, it is you who goes to cinema instead of somewhere else. They are loved by masses that is why they are there. Why would producers invest the money just on 16 year virgin because of “tamash been” (brothel admirers), when the role requires a woman in 40s?
Madhuri is gracious & she will always remain one... Love her but hate her tantrums. Its okay you cant get everything that you like... learn from seeing our politicians... however, you cant get anything from them through.
Why don't the likes of Mrs Dixit Nene and Mrs Boney Kapoor retire and make way for youngsters. Buddi ho gayi hain, par abhi tak nautanki karne ka shauk nahin gaya... Mads was in US till now and nobody missed her. Now she's back and gyrating away to glory...who the heck is interested in seeing her...

in that case we are also fed up of seeing all khans and kumars... thy r also getting old it is not only ladies..high time they quit and make way for youngsters
