this is hillarious, if she did mistake in 2006 new year party, then how come this complain in 2013??? they should have wait for 2050 then

that courts accept such frivolous PILs. The name of the person filing the PIL suggests that he is an out-of-work bihari lawyer who used to thrive on making affidavits. But having fallen on bad days, he is resorting to such gimmicks to regain his lost glory.
