Hmm

My gut feeling is going by Rohit Shettys track of films , this one too will be a mindless , illogical movie ....but then how could Shah Rukh agree for such a fulm....guess he is just desperate for a hit film......a letdown for a past super-star....

Anyway good-luck Shah Rukh maybe its just a smart career move on your part :)

Songs are utterly stupid appropriate for a C grade movie like Chennai Express

What else did you expect?

The content of the songs has to match S R K 's IQ so that he can be sure that they are not ridiculing him!

S R K is petty like that!

You should remove japan from here. Its only a tamilian who thinks tamil movies are big think in japan. But once you go to japan, you find no one actually cares for tamil movies there.

I have personally talked to at least Japanese tourists in 5 instances in Singapore and USA that have watched Rajini movies. And I have watched Rajini movies dubbed into hindi in Eastern UP as well. Plus you have no idea how many Telugus, Kannadigas and Malayalis watch Rajini movies. In any case I am glad that Rajini is not being degraded by acting in a C-grade movie like CE.

So then maybe PM Manmohan Singh was lying when he addressed the Japanese parliament (Diet) and thanked the Japanese for the respect and devotion they have offered Rajinikanth. The immediate response of the Japanese MPs? They immediately went berserk with excitement as soon as they heard Rajinikant's name and clapped and thumped their desks...like kids.

If that is available on youtube you may like to check it up.

Hopeless music and songs
by Vikram Kirad on Jul 04, 2013 10:53 AM

The songs are horrible and the music is hopeless. Vishal Shekhar have already given so many hit numbers. Wonder what happened in this film. As it is the movie is flop and the music will make sure it is
