I thought Islam preaches to have kids only the natural way, Not the milk shake way. Also think Shah Rukh is getting old, Unable to fire his bullets. So he had to go for surrogate.
Celebrities enjoys Public life ....but take all excuses .....saying it is their Private life....This is not correct. Shah Rukh is Offender for 3rd child as well as investigation for Boy/Girl.
It is seemingly his private affair, hence, no one need to comment.
However, in general, there are issues related to surrogacy.
The primary ones are those of the baby and his or her rights.
A baby is entitled breastfeeding from the mother who actually carries in her womb; during this process, the eye contact established goes a long way in the mental and physical health of the baby.
Moreover, the baby associates himself or herself with the emotions the bearing mother goes through during those 9 months.
The biological mother cant breastfeed the baby.
It is a different matter if the biological mother can't bear the foetus; somewhat like the case of the other Khan.
Moreover, what about the biological functions and the related consequences of the surrogate mother whose breastss carry milk and not drained out in the natural way?
If poverty and the money associated with surrogacy is forcing some sections of women, it is a pity on the civilised society and the Govt has to act and bring about a legislation on this matter
