How is he responsible for her death? Did he kill her? No. Did he dump her? Most likely yes. So that makes him a rat and rogue, but then lot of men and women are. Many woman use and dump men. So yes he is a nasty two-timing git, but not not a suicide abettor. As per law there is no case for locking him up, if he had a good lawyer he would be able to sue the state. But this is India where emotion, influence and money takes precedent over law and all else.

s whatever the offense done there is an option to EASILY get out after sometime...but later if proved HE will go to jail thats alll

Indeed, after being one of the reason for a girl to commit suicide, strange such publicity for criminal minded people.

Easy to say that, but mother is mother. What the parents normally do is to give full freedom to their kids until something untoward happens. They mistake that freedom for 1ove, whereas they themselves become enemies of thier kids, due to such attitude.
