the decision taken by judge sadhna was brilent this will teach all young lovers to make a right choice in their lives.always listen to ur parents coz parents knows what is right and wrong. suraj should learn that he is still not grown up to take decision he should obey his mother she is a wonderful women,what ever wrong childen do the parents r the suffers, that a child dont understand. i wish suraj all the best in his life
The concept of abatement to suicide should be removed from law. From media reports its clear that there were circumstances instigated by Suraj which lead to the suicide. Suraj has to pay a price for not doing justice to a serious relationship where he himself has admitted to consensual relationship. There are privileges & duties in every relationship. If he has made her abort the child, then he should be punished. Else the law is really blind. This case is most likely to die off now.

Should we lynch all men who have a consensual physical relationship with a woman? Suraj is no rapist and Jiah was no innocent sweet sixteen lass either!

If a budding starlet has got aspirations of becoming big by becoming friendly with another upcoming star who has more connections and misusing him, it is not necessary that he misused her. Both are equally resonsible as both are grown ups. Her mother crtainly misused the letter of Jiah.
