MGR - charm and kindess to poor? Joking? probably, you do not know his biography. read it and then comment. His charity to poor is not from his own money but from public money. To keep up his many vote bank promises, he has to shelve many important projects including education and health. What is Jaya today is MGR yester year. All his subordinate ministers were totally dummy. All files have to get passed only by MGR. Jaya follows strictly the same principle.
