Movie is total flop. Director thoroughly screwed up the movie. There is no link between the title and movie. No relation between song lyrics and screen paly. After watching the movie you will have no clues what the movie is about. I expected so much after all the songs were so hit, but totally disappointed. Venkatesh action was horrible, except for raising his collar all the time he was expresssion less, Jaya sudha is busy all the time serving food, and Prakash Raj though is great actor he wasn't used by director very well. Herione hardly had her role. Mahesh Babu's dialogues and action was good as usual but there is no strength in story therefore confuses you all along.

Completely agree with u,,,always had a doubt Dil Raju, he proved it again...wat a waste of talent and time...had expected a lot ,,,atleast to be a decent one...it was confusing all the time,,, individually everyone has done a gud job,,but there is no story at all,,no justification for the such a beautiful title...dono its a total screwed up movie....gud to c lots of family ppl in the theatre...

hmm the bad sight of this review is now got removed..(ee review ki unna dishti ippatiki poyindi) :P while everyone have their opinion...I want to disagree with you...seetammavakitlo sirimalle chettu symbolically means prosperous Indian Family..seetamma vakiliis a matphor used by many to represent Indian Family or Indian House; Sirimalle chettu is a metphor for prosperity..Hope you got the relation between the title and the movie...while the movie has not lived upto my expectations also..but I never felt it is a flop movie or something..n I felt every single artist associated with this movie did complete justice to their defined role..

Nice Comments , I would like to add few things .. Not a bad movie , Once Watchable for relationship b/w brothers . But with Venkatesh and Mahesh and with Family values director could have done much better job . Climax was also not so gr8 , They both(Mahesh & Venkatesh) remaining Jobless even after the movie is over is not an good climax ..
We give importance to family values and hence we loved this film. You give importance to masala films, item songs, vulgarity and hence you feel this film is outdated. No wonder gang rapes are happening with such mentalities deeply rooted your and many more like minded minds.....

Agreed movie concept is outdated, while watching the movie you get attached to the scenes and get nostalgic feelings of earlier village and combined family lives. The present generation should watch the movie and start bonding with the family for a happy life. Todays lives have become more plastic with monetary gains and materialistic. this movie gives a sense of touch of human lives and values. wow and great job by start cast and production house and director
Dear Radhika, it is outdated for the people who want to showoff and materialistic. It shows about being human that is the reason it never says who is doing what and how much they are making etc in the movie itself.
I hope such family films bring back goodness to soceity and also entertain viewers rather than the recent movies with no story lines and waste of money , talent.
Radhika, Saw your review except and disagree with only 2 points: 1. The rating, definitely a 4 in my view. 2. Seems a little out of date??? Its high time we go back to our roots. I dont know if you meant being in "present" is live in relationships, dating, item songs, heavy metal/ acid rock music??? If you ask me, the so called "present" was not some thing that a lot of us wanted. Lets not imitate some culture which is not ours. Have a nice day.

I truly agree You.... We have an great cultural values and we give respect to relationships.... But if some film has these ingredients which focus on our values, people like you(reviewing people) Judge the film as an outdated. Films like these should be appreciated where you got cultural values and due respect to relationships and emotions are focused. Apart we should appreciate the attempt of the huge stars both Mahesh and Venkatesh who came out of there way by accepting to do this film which no way closer to heroism.
