Personally Its tough to know if this person is a man or a woman.

Why not just being a normal healthy human ( male or female) ?

life is much more than eating and roaming around drum shape belly ... everyone has a choice live his or her own life and the way they want.. and also the way they feel it is right ...
like this u will say the Soldiers who fight with mother land they die to save thier contrymen..
these ppl live to entertain ppl and enjoy limelight...
and some life only to eat and expand thier belly..
