Oscars are overrated
by French Cuisine on Feb 25, 2013 09:12 PM  | Hide replies

Dont understand what is so special about this award - seems to happen every year and given out to everybody in town. Lost the previous charm.

I agree. But look at the whole Bollywood drooling over these awards. Inferiority complex.

Our Neeraj Pandey, Aamir Khan, Naseerruddin Shah are of the same calibre and at times better than these hollywood artists.

Of everyone's tweets I liked AR Rahmans. Its diplomatic and not giving too much away.

Making the most of 15 seconds of fame, Anupam Kher?
by Ratan on Feb 25, 2013 05:19 PM  | Hide replies

Go ahead Anupam! Make the most out of your blink-you-are-gone appearance in the Hollywood film! Attend all parties and hug Hollywood celebrieties for an iPhone picture. So, why is the media only ridiculing such acts only of the actor in case is one Mallika Sherawat? Why not the Anil Kapoors and Anupam Khers?

Our actors make us cringe, when they sccup to Hollywood unnecessarily.

Yes so undignifying.
It is tradition among not just actors, but a section of society.
This all too apparent inferiority complex may stem from fairer skin color, relative wealth or combination of factors.
