Picture 2 has all the characteristics of a 'Casting Ouch Couch' and JA probably needs it more than most other male actors since he dabbles outside bollywood as well.

I have a similar design at my dombivili villa and it just costed me 1 lac .
The last lines of the article state that Jon's father and brother have designed his "office"!
Why do actors need offices?
S R K has one which is in violation of a number of Municipal laws and regulations?
Why do you need an office when all you to do in that space is to simply state how many crores for a dance, how many for an ad, how many for a full length movie?!

You (assuming are a professional) dont know the basic fact that actors are more than businessmen who earn crores. For all legal purposes (including tax declaration) they need to provide an office address - officially

That is their primary income yes. But most of them have invested the money they earn elsewhere. Like SRK has invested in the IPL team KKR, and in the film production company Red Chillies, and many other business. There are actors who own mundane businesses like acres of poultry farms etc.

SRK alss owns a production house and VX studio which has 64 employees, 4 engineers, 5 computer programers, 3 managers, a CEO, 2 accountants etc etc

Man, Apart from acting, John is also the owner of a business firm JA Entertainment, which is in to movie production. For your info, he was the co-producer of 'Vicky Donor', which was a path-breaking movie in Bollywood history.
