Dear vibrant,
He is saying that the rich/famous M'men lure open H'women and confuse them by using their money and success and convert them as a part of their "new found Love Jihad". Many times, they mistreat and dump them and bring a fresh one.
He is telling not to you but other sensible people who does want their sisters and daughters mistreated.
You will also be shocked to know that such marriages of M'men and H'women, in most of the cases, end in divorce due to disillusion about M'men and their culture.
