Is there any Hindi movie in last 20 years(except Aamir khan's) that does not have either hero-heroin (or) their family in foreign?? Hindi industry has become 'British-wood'.

@kash i agree to an extent...the bollywood simply take the life of people who live in abroad. the plot is based somewhere in europe or in usa, no nativity. but still they take some nice movies, watchable...tamil is in a way lagging behind still..guys in kollywood, take movies by watching their own movies. laddu thinna aasaya, enna kodumai sir ithu!

If you say Tamils create issues in Srilanka ....you must really be a moron then, who doesnt know a thing about any stuff. As a Bangalore tamilian who can speak 3-4 languages , its quite understandable that you take every change you denounce your follow tamils. GO and get a life.

tamil nalla illee-nu naan solla varale, but innum nalla erukalaame-nu aathangathile ipdi solren...recently i enjoyed several hindi movies. even race-2 u may not like it, but the frame by frame colourful extraveganza, the message in rock star everything looks new to me and I enjoyed it. tamil obviously not upto that level. if they are absorbing the tamil story, that itself is a growth of hindi industry. they grab whereever some good point or talent is available. this was the USP of tamil...like, all the talents appreciated irrespective of the language...naama yosikanum pa

if that guy looks like what you have said, care to put your photo on your profile before posting, then others can think about how charming you are.
It's Tamil Audience who gave you this much fame through Sethu. Do you think Sethu is Masala movie? It's tamil audience because of whom there are great technicians in the Indian film industry. Vikram, don't think you can tell anything about your real fans once you get foothold in Bollywood...

You are absoltely right....what he is there today is only because of Sethu which is not commercial. I dont think, Tamil movies are as crappier when comparied to hindi....He is desperate to go to Hindi....and he will soon get unnoticed there, unless ur a SRK or Salman or Amir.....

Yes I was disappointed with what he has said in the interview, Hindhi though has started to experiment. They are yet to produce moview on a large scale that represents the real society, its usually about rich folks or NRI's. They are yet to rpoduce directors like KB, Maniratnam, Bala, Balumahendra, Barathiraja.
Vikram may be artially right, because oflate tamil films are mostly Star centered like the hype around rajni films.
Vikram is not actually tamil, maybe like all non tamils make it big in tamil society ditch it, he may in the same league.
