After partways with ilayaraja, many directors falls flat, he sustains this long because of Ar.Rahman alone. Apart from mani raja, I would prefer Kannathil muthamittal to view

first half also lost its connection. it has good story elements to tell. but simply wasted. first 30 min was perfect excellent. I wondered is it moving to some international formula movies like Korean. but then it falls drastically. but still in first half there was good story telling but not properly placed or narrated.
Today i saw the movie in chennai its really excellent, the above review doesn't reflect the actual movie. May be the rediff is criticizing the movie with out watching it

no man. critic is correct. its really lost its touch while moving forward. he didn't correct it. there was very good plot for a dark movie. but he didn't use it or go for it

Yes bro ur rit, its a motivational movie, which says truth is triumpth, gd hard work, by entire team,it has emotion, faith,litle bit romance, which way to follow good or evil. Such a decent movie by Maniratnam

"Anjali, Idhayathai thirudathae, Alai payudhae and evergreen Mounaraagam" all came before Roja. Bombay was about 10 MTV video songs with one riot scene at the end. Yuva was an amateur representation of politics. Ravanan was terrible. Alai Payuthey was again 10 MTV video songs. Guru was laughable
if same movie was made with sa1man kahn and some heroine, red1ff will say even though its an old story, still its great to watch because of sa1man kahn. red1ff, one suggestion, stop putting movie rev1ews.

There are some actors like Rajni, Salman, Amitabh (during his peak days), Chiru, etc., who pull the movie with their charisma. There is no need of story, etc for them. So, think twice before posting messages.

this movie like all other Mani's movies is a technical feast..but this movie lacks something or I do not know I fail to understand the director's cut...I have not enjoyed this movie...Kannathil..is the last best movie from Mani sir...
