Actually this movie is a confirmation 1. Why we have the sort of leaders elected that we see 2. Same reason why a sovereign elected democratic govt. ordered archaeological dept to dig around temple for gold based on a Baba's dream
Let the poor and frontbenchers and the middleclass have some entertainment man. They neither do understand the world of the rich and the classy nor do the understand the niche and the genre. They want to spend some time clapping and whistling and go back to earn their food the next day. Why do you want to take that away from them ? Even if you want to educate them teach them through what they enjoy. OR you want to keep them such poor and ignorant ???
