Very rarely do we come across film-makers who have the courage to do a film of this type. And still rarely, can it be presented within the commercial objective. The film is a beautiful narrative on not only what parents go through in bringing up a child with its fantasies but on also how the well-reared child sympthasizes and emotes to the parent's needs. A must watch film for all those who crave for meaningful cinema.. Hats off to the team for bringing out this film!
Movie was excellent. None of the scene seems to be boring. But,dont know everyone will like this movie or not. Yuvans music was rocking. Just 4 songs but extradinory especially Aanada yazhai and Nathi vellam, no overacting, No boring scenes, Dialogues at many places that stimulates the audience to clap, The climax, etc...Al these are plus points to make this film successfull. Its a "Must watch movie" for the people who excepts the "Difference". Congrats Ram & Yuvan.... Special Thanks to Gutam and JSK productions.
Did the reviewer S.Saraswathi actually watched the film and wrote this review. how can she be so careless. If she has watched the movie, she very well would have known that the Cinematographer is not PG Muthiah but Arbhindu Saaraa. you spoil someone's hardwork and dedication by carelessly writing a review. wonder how you call yourself a critic when u got facts wrong
I felt Thanga Meengal not only portrays emotions of a father, but also mixed of fellings in various relations - Father to son, Mother in law to Daughter in law, Teacher to Student, between kids ... Even between a Employer to employee... !! Nothing was taken granted .. I enjoyed frame by frame .. other than I felt dialogue delivery was bit slow by Ram .. Might be director would have done purposfuly to take the feel to the core ... !! Wonderfull performance by Baby Sadhana !! Dont miss it :-)
