Original concept of Satyagrah itself was also a huge flop in practical terms.
It exploited the inability and lack of training of a martial force like the British police or army to deal with people who would not do anything aggressive or retaliate to provocation!
What the original Satyagrah really achieved was that it made Indians lazy, indifferent and unresponsive.
What else could be expected from the concept of Satyagrah since its originator was a bania who liked to expose himself to white British ladies under in the excuse of wearing "home spun" clothing!
3 possible explanations why this reviewer has failed miserably 1) the reviewer is Raja sen in disguise. 2) the reviwer was actually shown chennai express. 3) he has been paid not by filmwallas but by madam's henchmen to deter people from watching it. afterall these kind of movies might evoke patriotic feelings amongst the prople and might act as a spark and light up the volatile pent up frustrations of the common people against this corrupt,blood sucking government.

Mr. Jah's Knowledge is very limited , he only thinks abt Politics not beyond that specially BiHari Style Politics, now time has come to do some thing very diffrent from politics , but he can not coz his personallty only shows his inner character. and Mr. Bachhan is also loosing his charm as an actor , agar Kaun Banega Crorepati nahi hota then it was very difficult to survived him in Bollywood .

Some people can’t think beyond Biharies and Gujraties due to their mental blockage. I am a Maharashtrian from Pune and have travelled all over India. If u really wishes to see the real India, go to villages. You won’t find any difference between the people, their living style etc. It is more and less same. Dude travel India, I am sure your thought will change. People are not bad, our politician target them for themselves.

Amitabh Bachan is the soul of this brilliant movie .you have lost your sences
This movie is to induce the spark in thinking of commonman and put him on a path to think about our country, system, politicians etc. This is for the good thing. And we people always tries to find out the entertainment.
As the movie name signifies that its not for the entertainment. If anybody want to see the ent please go and watch chennai express.
The film is completely boring. No talent shown of Arjun, Kareena and above all Devgan ,it seems Devan was not at all in a mood to act. Only plus point was of Amitabh Bachan and Bajpaee.
The second part of the film has been dragged unnecessarily, if its Anna'a story line, then why wrong destiny shown of Amitabh? Where does a man burnt himself in front of Anna? Anna ended his fasting but Amitabh continues ?
Currently our Anna is enjoying his trip to USA, Kejriwal and his colleague betrayed Anna by forming political party.
Rediff has posted two reviews... One says "Satyagraha fails miserably" Stars given is just 1 of 5 & another review on "Satyagraha is a laudable attempt at responsible cinema" Star rating 3 out of 5..
Is this a joke... even rediff is not clear about its review on satyagraha... LOLZ hehehehehe

Saxena has expressed his opinions; there wasnt any reason to talk about someone'e salary. And judging people by their salary is, well, stupidity
Mass based agitation is a bygone tool and losing its sheen and attraction more so because of feudality in the face of it. Modern education does empower people to get the change in another form too in better civilized and articulated way with involvement of refined brain based attitudes not attitude of spirit only;
