498a is no longer a anti-dowry law, it is an extortion law through which the police, judiciary and unscrupulous girls and their families benefit.
DVC is a nice commercial [legal] product to leech Rich on name of justifying wives. This instrument is devised under UPA to feed Congress supporters in Judiciary.
DVC is a nice legal instrument by delaying 498-A cases for Jurists to make money.
Before Globalization, most of the Indians used to visit Temples, Mosques and Churches;as part of their faith, they used to donate some food or throw some changes on beggars--street and priests.

Now it is not happening.People are not entertaining beggars on roads or allowing them to visit homes, too.

All we did is to get into Judiciary as Jurists, attenders, clerks and administrators. Now we know, how to beg and rob!!

This business is far better than passive begging before Globalization and Liberlization policies in India.
