Looks like this Joginder Tuteja didn't get the usual 'hafta' money from the producers of this film, so he bashes up the music so bad! After all he comes from the same group as Taran Adarsh. So what can you expect.
What credentials so these so-called trade analysts have on reviewing music?

When the reviewer gives positive review you same people will claim he is being paid hafta.
