It seems that despite knowing the solution , we just aren't ready to bite the bullet. Otherwise, our judiciary & legislative surely would have gotten into an integrated action mode by now & sentenced as many rapists all over the country with capital punishment as would have required to send the toughest message & create the strongest possible deterrent against this violent crime. But perhaps its our lacuna that we can't create enough sustained pressure or representatives who have the kind of work ethics or diligence that's required to tackle this menace by acting stringently. Its surely not something that can't be done. But we lack will because otherwise we wouldn't have kept distracting ourselves with imponderables & focused on acting simultaneously & rapidly rather than shuttling the problem around. Hard luck.

Perhaps I should have titled it 'The science of procrastination'. Anyway, all the best with the discussions, debates & posturing. Great for commerce , not for solutions till it is implemented.
All rapist are belonging to our great minority secular community. Our minority community is known for its secular ideologies. Community is secular because our national Media and Political Parties has Certified them as Secular Community and others as Communal forces. Majority of criminal offenses are registered against our Secular Community. Therefore these boys are innocent and victim of false allegation by communal forces. Great Leader Md.i Lalu Prasad Yadav, Md. Mulayam Singh Yadav and His prtymen like Md. Natesh Agrawal and Md. Abu Azami etc also blame women for her bad attire that attracts these boys for rape. Our secular minority boys cannot commit rape. This arrest of minority secular boys is against national interest and threat to national integrity also. How can police dare to arrest minority and secular people. This woman is communal. A woman is communal because she made allegation against secular boys who are belonging to minority that too poor slum habitat. Media is blown this issue out of proportion should have avoided this panic in society and blame on our Secular Society.
Rape is THAT one crime that leaves someone, their family,the World psychologically dead for a number of years to come If that man committing this mass horror in any part of the world is allowed to breathe even for a millisecond ,I believe things will not change I won't even call them animals as I have adorable pets It's an insult to compare rapist to any living creation Rapists should always be in the dead category,ie anyone who decides to comit rape needs to be made aware of the millisecond rule Or even better donate their dodges for live dissection to medical schools across the globe Lets all be part of this change Celebrities do something more than just tweeting
