This movie is must watch movie because it has a "wonderful" heroine Amala paul. She is the best heroine in entire South India. Nobody can dance like her, Nobody can act like her. All the Vijay fans should thank her for making this movie a "great hit". By the way I think Vijay is also there in this movie.
Thalaivaa..Nice Movie..No Over Mass,No Over Action,No Punch Dialogues.vijay gave a descent performance.Dances looks stylish...comedy worked well..Director showed the leader transformation is perfect..A good attempt.
Thalaiva is compilation of scenes sequence from the movies like Nayagan, Baadsha, Thalapathi, Devar Magan, Punnagai Mannan. Expected shot sequence, predictable climax, artificial acting are the highlights. Dont waste your money. Better download and watch.
It is very difficult to understand the reviews from Rediff. There seems to be lot of bias and very low neutrality. Might be for Rediff,with some actors everything is right even if the film is a waste. For some other actor, the film is horrible even if the film is above average. I have been following these reviews at least from Veer Zaara onwards. One solace. Whenever the Rediff review has given low scores for the movie, the movie has clicked in the box office.
This seems to be one of the worst Vijay's movie after Alagiya Tamil Magan. Actually i wanted to leave the movie hall with a hour but my son forced me to watch the entire movie. Such a wast of time/money/energy. I don't know how a smart actor like Vijay can accept such horrible script.
