Some simple facts and chronology which movie is not telling - 1. Tamils are living even before singlahalese. Yet in srilanka as Tamils in Lanka were treated as second class citizens. 2. They did peaceful protests for years then turned towards LTTE. 3. Indira Gandhi trained and helped LTTE to keep control over Lanka government. 4. Rajiv Gandhi was the greatest, he sent Indian Army in the name of peace keeping force to kill Tamils. 5. Indian Army couldn't finish the mission. But in that process Rajiv Gandhi lost his life. 6. Now Indian govt helped Lanka to wipe out LTTE and in that process thousands of innocents lost their lives. India used Srilankan Tamils as toys. Arming them or crushing them based on their politics. india never intended to really help them or let srilankan tamils live in a peaceful dignity life in their country. Still srilankan tamils consider us our brothers and think india will something to them.
decade ago till dated this movie is not allowed by the sensor boards , where is the question democratic india, some yrs Director Seeman film too stopped ,allowing others to their own stories on the real Hero's....mr jhon i hope u r not born with sister ,brother's and father and mother'' mr Prabhakaran and tamils fought for their protection, freedom and self respect.. still r getting killed, getting raped etc.,more than 700 refugee died recently on the way austrlia,their suffering will continue till another prbhakaran born.,
politicians create such needless controversies to keep themselves in the public eye, pretending to speak out for the well-being of the society.
let the common man watch the film & decide for himself whether it is demeaning to a tamil or not. if yes, then raise your objections, why create a ruckus even before watching the contents of the film?

Politcians that you support have directly and indirectly involved themselves in killing 200,000 Tamils. Now you glorify the establishment RAW and Indian Army in a movie...

Malayalees support the cause of Sri Lankan tamils in Lanka and wants them rehabilitated with good security ,subjected to proper human rights and given every right to prosperity and growth.
Film does not reflect typical malayalee views which are in favour of Sri lankan tamils.
However we abhor the use of violence and ask them to focus on diplomacy ,tact and negotiation for handling the issue.
The great tamil sage Tiruvalluvar, in his classic book Thirukkural, have also advocated non-violence and diplomacy for resolution of conflicts and issues.
Distorting history from Rajapakshe's blood money and demanding respect of opinion. Say this to the soul of hundreds of thousands innocents killed by your bosses.

Dave law, What you are talking? If hundreds of thousands killed, what is our problem? our mallu brother John abraham has managed to get a lumpsum amount from his master Lavadapakshe by licking his feet / producing this movie. We don't care who dies. Simple to say, we don't have this word soul in our malayalam language.
