While perverts like you keep posting these sh1tty comments on a site like rediff, people would keep moving ahead :-) Do you think your or my comments make any difference to anybody? :-) I typically don't watch movies and not a so-called fan of any actor, but I'm surprised to see the attitude of certain people, which sti1nks more than decayed egg :-)
I bet that if there is a movie which shows a cranky grown up very old kid, who is moody..mad..with no moral message to share..arbit..full of self ego..full of animlistic id and hawws, does weird monolog-only acting, who we dispise but want to know what goofup he does next...then that movie will be hit. oh wait.. you do hv a srk movie. But I will wait for tv channel to show it.
Sharukh is lucky to release CHENNAI EXPRESS in EID whereas all film industries too helped SRK to achieve his target of 100 Crores or more, as there was no new release during EID, so people were contented to watch SRK movie and became a HIT. All the best to SRK to even cross 300 crore mark and should give credit to Film Industries as well as to his new born baby who brought good fortune to him.
It is nauseating to see the media and Trade experts going bonkers over Chennai Express breaking Ek Tha Tigers opening day record and being the fastest to gross 100 crores. Shouldn’t there be a system of verification by the media instead of taking things at face value. The media needs to take all the relatively credible sources and arrive at a fair verdict. Morever one should know that CE was released in 3800 prints and ETT was released in 3200 and with increase in ticket rates by 40 percent rates it is bound to make more money than ETT. So how can one say that CE broke first day record of ETT. And technically too CE was released on Thursday so it was the first day of release so how did it break ETT's record. But one fails to understand the brouhaha over movies of big stars making to the 100 crore club. With large number of prints and hiked ticket rates it is easy for the big banner movies with big stars to make it to that exclusive club. In this scenario the movies should be grossing 200 crores to be called blockbusters. Even a Farhan Akhtar starrer has made it to the 100 crore club so whats the big deal if bigger stars enter that club.
In the last 10 years the only two genuine 100 crore movies are 3 Idiots and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Entertaining movies with good message. The rest others ETT, Dabang, Houseful, Golmaal are just trash movies

Just go with your family and enjoy the entertainment movie. Movie ensure that you & your family will laugh for sure. Rest leave it with Media and this movie certainly brake into 200 crore mark.
