watched the movie and is a total disappointment! well not that people from south cant take a spoof or joke but then it must atleast be done well!!! there are glaring mistakes in the movie..... deepika's much talked about accent is more apt to malayalam (kerala) and in out of place in chennai.... secondly all the sarees and ornaments she wears are part of malayali culture.... i dont see her in a kanjeevaram saree... all i see her in is the traditional mundu associated with kerala.Also, in one of the songs where they depict kathakali....this i really the height..... u depict a dance form of kerala when u want people to beleive ur in chennai...tamilnadu!!!! another glaring mistake is that when srk and deepika part ways the truck driver speaks in malayalam....!!!! and worst of all is SRK'S tamil!!!! puhlease someone advice him to allocate budget to have a dialect trainer if he wants to show off in another language!!!!! i wish these stars had more responsibility in what they are doing so that they dont end up depicting wrong facts to kids and people whio dont know!!!

the only sensible movie rohit shetty ever reproduced is singham.... i say reproduced bcos, singham is a frame by frame copy of the tamil movie starring suriya also titled singham!

Still livingn anti hindi of 80s chennai....chennai itself has moved on and south stars have started working well with bollywood superstars..but some morons like you still live in old era of hatred for hindi and mumbai

It is not that way. South Indian stars mostly have shown they are adaptable and flexible. Whoever has good skills and talent can survive anywhere. On the contrary, no Bollywood star has even made an attempt to act in a lead role in South Indian films. Well, you should understand who is living in anti world and mediocre talent ?

Why should they act in south movies when they have an all india market in hindi movies? Its other way round. Why rajni and kamal dub their moviews in hindi nowadys simulataneous to their tamil release? Becoz they realise the power of all india market and fame.
I have myself seen that many south indians are big fans of srk esp. In bangalore, mysore, hyderbad and even chennai. It also has to do with hindi becoming acceptable and hyd and bang have many north indians now in IT and that has created positive image about hindi films. And srk is always respectful of south biggies like mohanlal, rajni and kamal.
when u release ur movie with such a great hype and more than 3500 plus screens and cost of tickets arnd 200 thn movie definetly giv u money. But overll movie is bakwas. his acting is of very poor and totally ovracting. he shld do more seriousness in his acting. if money is criteria than superhit otherwise a flop movie.
MISSED SALMAN THIS EID & REALLY MISS AJAY DEVGA. SHAHRUKH DOES NOT LOOK WELL BUILT IN FRONT OF THE GIANT SOUTH INDIA BUT THE SAME STORY HERO ALWAY WIN WHEATHER HE IS SLIM. 1 STAR
