I love the Iron Man series. I started reading this review and after a few sentences was wondering what the heck is the writer trying to say, then!!!!! I read the name and I stopped trying to make sense out of the random collection of words coming out of Mr. Raja Sen's head sorry or should I say.... his a@@.
The review by mr. Raja Sen is for Front Row Students. Fortunately i could never make it to there and my review is for an average indian If u have watched the previous versions of Iron Man, trust me u wont love it. It is a huge disappointment after Avengers. Not that the film is unbearable. U can watch it once for CG & Action Sequences. There is no depth in the negative character. Robert downey Jr is ok in the film. He's not great. in most of the sequences even at serious situations, humour is infused which actually falls lame. Not a great movie but can watch it once
Most of the movie Tony stark is out of the suit or with just some parts of it, Mandarin is a total joke . Action scenes are well taken (the attack on Tony's house, Airforce 1 rescue, Climax ) but on the whole feels like a mix of Lethal Weapon with Special appearance by Iron Man Suit. Also the War Machine (Iron patriot ) suit is just used for laughs,other suits just keep falling apart of being torn to shreds?? Can be watched once but a letdown after Avengers

I had lot of expectations about iron man 3.....but highly disappointed....I was feeling sleepy in 1st half...in total only 15 min action is good....3 D was a joke....Ben Kingsly was just showpiece....completely wasted. ... I just wonder whether i watched iron man 3 which critics have reviewed or there another version of the same film....the dark knight rises was way better than iron man 3....It's better to watch iron man 1 at home or wait for The Man of Steel....

Totally Agree. Do you write reviews for English scholars or rediff readers who would want to get a feeling of movie before actually seeing it. Raja Sen is just a show off. Good English but could never be a good reviewer.
Another fanboy rant by rajasen. Yes, the film is witty in places but lacks the depth. Shane black never misses a sequence of a helicopter shooting obliterating a hillside mansion. Stark tends to get boring with his cocky and averse attitude.
You want action this summer ? Check out STAR TREK, MAN OF STEEL, PACIFIC RIM, SNOWPIERCER, RIDDICK to name a few.
