Directing and Producing Malayalam films is a financial risk now a days because most of the movies are utter flops.So majority of them are moving to other industries.

people should not watch the pirated version of films in CDs..this way more people will come to theatre and that will save Malayalam movies

Thats why there are 128 Malayalam movies made in 2012 that was more than the 90 films made in 2011 and many big Malayalam hits like Traffic being remade into Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

mamooty is still doing 4 films per year and his age more than 60 he has to do more mature role and do less number of films and give youngsters a chance mallu films are getting more flops than hit please bring new actors

same goes to rajni in tamil although he is doind one film per 2 years in that he is better tham mamooka

Last year around 127 films were released in Malayalam. Out of those, total number of Mammootty and Mohanlal films were less than 15. Means there were more than 100 films of other actors and you say that Mammootty is not giving chance to youngsters ! You are a genius !!!!

every language has hits& remakes, tell me what is the success rate of 2012&2013 till now?
