The reason being, Muslims intentionally insulate their girls from outside world by various system like Pardah system, no-education and teach/insist their girls as not to marry hindu and other religion boys, unless they convert. The muslims girls have no connection to the outside world, seldom mixes outside and therefore have very less vision or intellect or freedom to decide on their own. On the otherhand, their boys prefer to run after and marry other religion girls which they acquired from ancient Mughal-Pathan king's times.

On the contrary, due to their connection to outside world and open mindedness, hindu girls are more liberal for muslim or other religion boys.

Muslim boys just take this opportunity, this is just a religious politics and opportunism. There should be a balance and freeness / open-mindedness among muslim girls and their parents to make this mixture happen properly with both sides balanced proportion. This will really help to unify the country.
