There is an interesting incidnet about Lord Ganesha. In Hyderabad, there is a cricket staditum that was built 4 years ago in the Uppal area. Intially home teams lost all the matches they have played, this includes both Indian national team and also Deccan chargers. Annoyed by this, the HCA had consulted an astrologer, this guy has performed some puja and advised the authorities to install Ganesh idol in the administrative block. Surprisingly India and deccan chargers team have never lost a single match since then.
