Who cares for outfits and jewellery?
Women readers perhaps.
But women readers might number just a small fraction of those going through these photos!
As for the men (well for most of them at least), outfits and jewellery would be just irrelevant details, never worth remembering.
Perhaps they ought to rephrase it
"She's quite a sight in her full-blown breeaxsts" in order to make it sound more apt!
